Which tools does RatePeek support?
RatePeek supports Codex and Claude Code. It shows available quota windows and reset times, plus local token history. Claude quota access uses your Claude Code CLI sign-in; the Claude desktop app is a separate connection.
Does my data stay on my Mac?
Yes. RatePeek stores your usage history, refreshed quota data, and settings entirely on your Mac. It does not upload this data to our servers or a cloud database. Live quota checks connect directly to Codex or Claude using your existing sign-in. This website uses analytics separately; see our Privacy Policy.
Why might RatePeek ask for permission?
macOS may ask you to grant access to local usage folders or your provider sign-in in Keychain. These permissions let RatePeek read the information it needs on your Mac; they do not upload your usage history or local files to us.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes. RatePeek will offer a 7-day free trial at launch, so you can try it with your own workflow.
Does RatePeek read my code or prompts?
No. RatePeek does not collect prompt text, model responses, or source-code content.
What does RatePeek require?
RatePeek requires macOS 14 or later and supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Sign in to Codex or Claude Code first, then grant RatePeek access when prompted.
