Terms of Use

Effective August 14, 2026

RatePeek is coming soon. Features, compatibility, availability, and distribution details may change before public release.

Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the RatePeek website and macOS application. By using RatePeek, you agree to these Terms.

Permitted use

You may use RatePeek for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not use it to violate applicable law, interfere with supported providers, bypass provider restrictions, or distribute modified copies in a misleading way.

Third-party services

RatePeek displays information made available by Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, and their providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Provider availability, authentication, APIs, and quota definitions can change independently of RatePeek.

Pre-release status

Before public launch, website descriptions and preview interfaces are informational. They are not a promise that every feature will be available on a particular date.

Intellectual property

RatePeek’s name, icon, website, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatePeek is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free quota data, or continued compatibility with third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatePeek and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use RatePeek.

Changes

We may update these Terms as RatePeek develops. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version applies.
